Desert Point -
The surf spot at a glance

Desert Point, or what the locals call Bangko-Bangko, is one of Indonesia’s most iconic surf breaks. The left-hand point break is located on the island’s remote southwestern tip and famous for its long, hollow barrels. Desert Point is a true paradise for advanced surfers looking for a raw, unfiltered surf experience far from crowds and modern distractions. On a good day with a decent swell, experienced surfers from all over the island head to Desert Point to chase some of the most epic barrels around. Deser Point is not for the faint-hearted and definitely not for beginners. Very few people finish their surfing session at Desert Point without a few minor reef cuts (limes are commonplace here. iykyk.)

So what do you say - are you ready?!
